• The data was unlawfully processed.
• The data must be erased to comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

IGC retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Requesting Data Deletion

1. User Initiated Deletion: Users can request data deletion by contacting IGC at [email protected]. IGC will process such requests in accordance with the user’s instructions and applicable data protection laws.
2. Enterprise Customers: Customers who have provided data on behalf of their users can request data deletion for all or specific users by contacting [email protected]. Details of the request should include the type of data to delete, users concerned, and the time frame for deletion.
3. Deletion Process: Upon receiving a deletion request, IGC will confirm the identity of the requesting party and the legitimacy of the request. Once verified, IGC will proceed with the deletion and confirm completion to the requestor.
4. Backup Deletion: Deleted data may remain in backup files, which are periodically purged. IGC ensures that backup data is also treated in accordance with our data protection standards.

Confirming Deletion

IGC commits to processing and confirming the completion of data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. Confirmation will be sent to the email address from which the request was made.
