How to Initiate a Return

IGC offers a return policy tailored to our products and customer needs:

  • Full Refund for First-Time Orders: For first-time orders, we offer a full refund for any unopened bottles returned within a month from receiving the order, excluding shipping fees.
  • No Refunds on Repeat Orders: For repeat orders, we cannot offer refunds unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Please note that return shipping costs, including any applicable taxes or customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of defective goods, IGC will cover the return postage costs.

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer support will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) code and detailed instructions on where to send your return.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely pack your products, include the RMA code, and send the package to the specified return address.
  4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.

 

International Returns

For orders shipped outside of Israel, please allow additional time for your return to reach us and be processed. The refund processing time frame may vary depending on your financial institution.
